The price for an analysed image with a PDF report appears on www.BoneXpert.com/online
Purchased bone age analyses can not be refunded
Data security
Payment is handled directly by Paypal.
Hand x-ray images are anonymised before the image is uploaded to Visiana’s server for analysis.
Data collection
Image collected through the Website will not be shared with third parties and is saved solely for quality improvement purposes. Images are automatically deleted after 30 days. The URL to retrieve the bone age analysis report is included in your PayPal receipt. The URL remains active for a 30-day period. The duration aligns with Visiana’s data retention policy. Contact if you want your image to be deleted before the 30 days storage period expires.
Prohibited uses
The use of our Services for clinical trials sponsored by pharmaceutical companies is strictly prohibited.
BoneXpert holds CE marking and is available in the US for investigational use only.
